CBD Oil Benefits for skin

Cannabis oil, commonly known as CBD, is a naturally occurring chemical compound found in the cannabis plant (e.g. marijuana and hemp).

Pure CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid, which means that one does not feel high, but it can be formulated in products that cause high THC levels. CBD itself has no psycho-active effects and can even cause pain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness or nausea.

It is also important to know that hemp oil is not the same as marijuana oil or cannabis oil. Hemp – extracted CBD oils are also used in over-the-counter skin care products, but they are not as safe for the skin as THC – rich oils such as oil from marijuana.

Many companies were set up to encourage customers to buy hemp kernel oil, which they believe to be CBD oil. Often these products contain only hemp seeds or oil derived from hemp, but no active cannabinoids. Although it is in fact a commonly used carrier oil for CBD, it contains zero CBD and no active cannabinoid.

If you are looking for a light oil that adds a little more moisture, hemp oil is one of the more affordable ways to take advantage of CBD.

CBD oil, on the other hand, is much thicker, more viscous in consistency and contains a higher content of THC, the main psychoactive component of the cannabis plant.

Milk Makeup has launched a mascara that uses Cannabis Sativa seed oil as a vegan alternative to beeswax. Many other companies have introduced CBD oil in their products, but always remember to do a patch test before using any product, simply put a small quantity on your hand and wait for at least 24 hours to make sure you don’t have any reaction to the product.
