Always remember that rosemary oil or any other essential oils should never be applied to damaged skin or sensitive areas, such as your eyes. AVOID rosemary oil if you are pregnant or have epilepsy or high blood pressure.

Natural Remedies For Dark Circles

The dark circles under your eyes are a big issue for most of us mainly because it’s hard to cover it with make up because it demands color correction pallets and concealer , and it seems way easier to cure the problem with home remedies than using a lot of make up. here are some natural remedies for the dreadful under eye dark circles.

1. Almond Oil

Combine almond oil with vitamin E oil and your dark circles will be history. Apply some almond oil over your dark circles and massage it gently into the skin.
Leave the oil on overnight.
Wash it off with cold water next morning.
Repeat this every day until your dark circles are gone.

2.Potatoes

They contain vital natural bleaching agents and used raw, they help lighten dark circles and reduce excess puffiness around your eyes.

Grate a couple of chilled potatoes to extract the juice.
Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it on your closed eyes.

4. Rose Water

5.Cold tea bags
Cold tea bags cause skin tissues to shrink, leaving your eyes looking less puffy. Take two already soaked tea bags and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Remove and place them on each eye for 5 -10 minutes. Rinse with cold water and repeat 1-3 times a day to see effective results.

6.Mint leaves
Mint leaves contain menthol that improves blood circulation and soothes and rejuvenates skin. The vitamin C in mint makes the skin around the eyes appear brighter. Make your own mask at home by blending mint leaves and applying them on the affected area. Leave it for 10 minutes before rinsing.

7.Turmeric

Mix the turmeric with the almond oil.
Massage the under eye area with this mixture for a minute and then leave it on for 20 minutes.
You can rinse with water or use a soft tissue to wipe it off.

As many beauty products have become so expensive and sometimes ineffective, switching to natural products might be the best thing you could do for your body for many reasons, natural products are affordable and their effects show during a small period of time but of course never forget to do a patch test just to make sure you’re not allergic to the product you’re about to use .

Benefits of the Jojoba oil:

This is by modulating the sebum production.

    Secondly, Jojoba oil has antibacterial properties that help control bacterial growth it acts as an anti-inflammatory agent, soothing the irritated skin. When used regularly, Jojoba oil can control acne.
  5. It can also be used to fix chapped lips: You need equal quantities of Jojoba oil and pure beeswax. To make a small quantity, melt 2 teaspoons of beeswax over a double boiler and add 2 teaspoons of Jojoba oil. Mix well and take it off the heat. You can add natural flavors by mixing in a few drops of peppermint or lavender essential oil. Allow to cool in a small glass container.

During that time every month when everything hurts and women feel excruciatingly tired of course all they need is some comfort in the products they use for their menstruation period, and while some famous products promise comfort and maximum protection then you end up feeling itchy and uncomfortable, other products do what they are supposedly marketing.

Always sanitary napkins are kind of the worse, they cause itchiness and some people complained from allergic reactions from using them, they also promise complete protection and claim that their products help with keeping you blood stains free, it doesn’t deliver on these promises from personal experience,  although it’s an international company and their products are all around the world, it’s not a go to product for me.

On the other hand, another company located in Lebanon called Private produces the best sanitary napkins, you can actually go about your day not feeling bothered or agitated and you wouldn’t have to worry about blood stains or anything because their pads provide maximum protection and comfort as for all of their other products and different kinds of pads they do exactly as promised in the ads.
